China Bio-medical extends HK$80 mln convertible notes trading day till July 31

China Bio-medical Group Limited (0140) announced that the agreement of issuing
 HK$80 mln convertible notes to independent third party China Union
 Pharmaceutical Company was previously planned to be finished on June 30 or
 before the date, but now the agreement was delayed to be finished till July 31
