Bank of China downgrades economic growth forecast in HK to 2.6%

Bank of China lowered the economic growth forecast in Hong Kong. It downgraded
 the GDP prediction from 4.5% to 2.6%, lower than expected 3% by the Hong Kong
 government. However, the prediction is still higher than 2% set by the HSBC
