COSCO International spends RMB315 mln acquiring 49% shareholding in Tianlin

COSCO International Holdings (0517) announced it would cooperate with Beijing Property Development Co., spending foreign exchange of about RMB315 mln investing in Beijing Tianlin Properties to co-develop two property projects in Beijing City. COSCO International Holdings will hold 49% shareholding of Tianlin and COSCO Properties will hold the rest 51% shareholding.
