PCCW rumored to merge IMS with NOW

Pacific Century CyberWorks(0008) will post its B2C development strategies today. According to report, after B2C restructuring, PCCW will merge IMS with NOW and provide monthly-charged services. PCWG (Pacific Century Wall Garden) will be the name of the merge. Users can enjoy contents of PCWG after they have paid for it.
