Neolink Cyber plans to place 20mln shares

Neolink Cyber technology (8116) announced to deny reports that the company will
 place 80mln shares at HK$1.36 each to raise HK$108mln. The company said the
 company has entered into an agreement with an independent investor for 
a placement of 20mln shares and the raised capital will be used for operation.
