China Strategic has no business restructuring plan at present

Lui Siu Tsuen, executive director of China Strategic (0235) said after Special General Meeting that the company has no business restructuring plan at present and will continue making investment in mainland businesses including China tyre. He added that the company also has interest in mainland infrastructure projects and is in talks on relevant projects which located in the north of China. He continued that the company has already made provision for the internet project and so the company will not make great provision for it in the future.
