China.com claimed for compensation

China.com, the parent of Hongkong.com Corporation (8006), was claimed by two US Lawyer's office, which represent investors, for compensation. The two lawyer¡¦s office said investors had suffered greatly from the subreption and omission in prospectus of 1999 of the company. Representing investors, Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP ¡]MWBHL¡^is the first one to accuse China.com and its underwriters.
