Commerce meeting between China and Japan terminates with divergence unsolved

China and Japan have just finished the meeting of settling the commerce divergence between the two sides, but no consensus has been reached. 

China government released manifesto, saying that at the meeting, the attitudes of the two sides were tough and accordingly no substantial progress was made, but the two sides agreed to have further negotiations as soon as possible and hoped the commerce campaign would not expand.
