Easyknit International terminates share placement plan

Easyknit International (1218), which was in trading suspension yesterday, announced the company has terminated share placement plan that posted at the beginning of last month, including the placement of 93.04mln shares and the subscription of 147mln shares. Easyknit International said the termination will not spell negative influence on financial status. At present, the company is seeking others financing opportunities to pay off bank loans. Share trading of the company will be resumed today.
