Guangnan major shareholder disposes 200 mln shares again

Guangnan Holdings (1203) leading shareholder GDH Limited has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for disposal of 195.836 mln Guangnan shares. According to data on July 3, GDH Limited applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for disposal of 863.6 mln Guangnan shares, accounting for 10% of the issued shares. The two disposals of 1.059436 mln shares represented 12.26% of the issued shares in Guangnan.
