Capital Strategic obtains convertible bonds of Star Bio-Tech

Star Bio-Tech (1051) announced to sign agreements with Gain Master and Directgain Profits, the wholly owned subsidiaries of Capital Strategic Investment (0497), pursuant to which Star Bio-Tech agreed to issue convertible bonds to the two companies with debenture capital of HK$13.8 mln and HK$6. 8 mln.
