CIL re-delays posting annual results and interim results

CIL (0479) said because of changes of auditors, it is necessary to re-delay posting annual results ended June 30 2000 and interim results ended December 2000 to July 20 and Aug 3 respectively. The company expects the auditing to be finished before July 10.
