Hainan Airlines spends RMB285mln acquiring 89% in Shanxi Airlines

Hainan Airlines announced that the group would spend RMB285 mln acquiring 89.06% shareholding of Shanxi Airlines. The A shares and B shares of Hainan Airlines were suspended in the morning.
