Capital Strategic: documents on acquisition of Sing Pao Media to be send out on

Capital Strategic Investment (0497), China Strategic (0235) and Sing Pao Media Group (0164) made a unified declaration that all shareholders of the three companies have passed the proposal that Capital Strategic Investment take over Sing Pao Media. Relevant documents on acquisition of Sing Pao Media will be sent to shareholders of Sing Pao Media on July 11. Capital Strategic Investment acquired 60% shareholding and HK$209.7mln shareholder loans from China Strategic and Star East with HK$206mln. Media businesses, the subsidiary of Sing Pao Media, will be transferred to China Strategic and Star East. Capital Strategic Investment submitted wholly acquisition proposal to shareholders of Sing Pao Media Group at HK$1.1 per share.
