Analysts not adjust PCCW investment proposals for its B2C restructure scheme

PCCW (0008) announced its Internet restructure scheme yesterday, but it posed little pleasantness over the market. None of Salomon Smith Barney, Golden Sachs and Credit Lyonnais upgraded the investment rating of PCCW for its restructure and Golden Sachs only slightly upgraded the profit forecasts of PCCW in 2002 and 2003 by 2.6% and 1%, while Credit Lyonnais merely upgraded its target price from HK$3.06 to HK$3.1.
