Cheung Kong wins bid for Hunghom Bay commercial land

The Lands Department announced that it has accepted a bid for the commercial lot in Hunghom Bay reclamation area which will be added to the public auction for August 13. Cheung Kong (0001) was rumored to be the applicant with an offer of HK$1.4 bln.
