Comcast merges broad frequency business of AT & T for US$58 bln

It¡¦s reported by foreign sources that the US cable TV operator Comcast proposed to merge the broad frequency business of AT & T at US$58 bln. If the merger was successful, the new company will have about 22 mln clients and become the biggest broad frequency communication service provider in the world
