After restructuring BOC rumored to have 13 departments

Apple Daily cited informed sources as saying that after restructuring there will be 13 departments in Bank of China (HK) under four deputy CEO and there will be more than 10 posts for general managers and 25-30 posts for deputy managers. According to international risk management practice, the businesses will be divided into front, middle and back operation to make sure the balance in the monitor management.
