Euro-Asia Agricultural to issue 400 mln new shares at HK$1.31-1.55 each

Euro-Asia Agricultural (Holdings) Company (0932), which began to issue rights shares today, planned to issue 400 mln new shares, 40 mln of which were for open offer and 360 mln were for placement. The prices ranged from HK$1.31 to HK$1.55 each with net proceeds of about HK$500-600 mln and the stock was expected to begin trading on the main board from July 19.
