Reach obtains Singapore Communication Establishment license

Reach, which was jointly set up by PCCW (0008) and Australian telecom company Telstra, has obtained the license from Singapore supervision institutions to provide the broad frequency digital service to the telecom companies, service providers and Internet service providers in local area.
