New World CyberBase disposes of online security business

New World CyberBase (0276) said the company has sold proceeds of online security business to New World Development (0017), the major shareholder of the company, for HK$15.60mln. The selling will bring the company about HK$7.90 income, which will be shown in the earnings end-March 2002.
