Tem Fat Hing Fung further delays posting notification

Tem Fat Hing Fung (0661), RNA (0501) and Can Do Holdings (0172) jointly announced that the final date of finishing the agreement about Can Do series entering in Hing Fung series was further delayed from July 5 to July 12, for the Hing Fung group needed more time to prepare for the financial data, especially the debt documents, which should be included in the notification. As a result, the date of posting the notification would be also delayed till July
