China Resources group lays out US$180mln to expand power plant in Hunan province

China Resources group entered into an agreement with Hunan Province Utilities Electric Co. on expanding power plant with a total investment of US$300mln, of which China Resources group account for 60% with capital of US$180mln. The power plant is Hunan Carp River Power Plant.
