Tsingtao Brewery to take over Jiangsu Taichang Brewery at RMB5mln

According to report, Tsingtao Brewery (0168) agreed to take over Jiangsu Taichang Brewery at the cost of RMB5mln, which could make annual product in the region of Shanghai, Jiangshu, Zhejiang and Anhui increase from 250000mt to 300000mt. Spokesman of the company said the market occupancy rate of company is 8.3% at present.
