Renren Media denies rights issue for fund raising

LAM Ho Fai, Director with Renren Media (0059), brushed off the market rumor that the company planned to raise fund by rights issue. The company placed 1.3 bln shares at HK$0.036 each to raise HK$46.8 mln earlier.
