Ananda Wing On Travel Holdings (1189) placed 380 mln shares at HK$0.146 each to the subsidiary under Beijing Enterprises Holdings (0392) through top up placing to raise HK$55.48 mln. The net raised funds of HK$54.2 mln would be used for ordinary operation capital.
