HK Fortune spends HK$23.66 mln increasing shareholding of Freewill Solutions

Hong Kong Fortune (0121) announced it agreed to increase the shareholding of the Thailand joint venture Freewill Solutions and to acquire 1.372 mln new shares of Freewill. Hong Kong Fortune would provide the leading shareholders of Freewill with advance capital of HK$23.655 mln and the company planned to finance for the consideration of the subscription by the advance capital
