Convenience Retail Asia to introduce new shareholder for mainland business

According to informed sources, after cooperating with China Resources, Convenience Retail Asia (8052) will introduce a strategic partners , which based in Guangzhou, to develop mainland convenience retail business. Relevant details will be revealed on July 27, the time to post interim earnings.
