WellNet reaches option agreement with Hyundai

WellNet (0024) announced to enter into an agreement with Hyundai Corporation that the company agrees to grant an option to Hyundai to acquire 4.99% shares in the WorldMetal owned by WellNet if Hyundai accomplishes certain trading volume through the subsidiary web portal of the company. Hyundai is a shareholder of SteelMetal.com Limited, a subsidiary of WellNet.
