GZITIC Hualing intends to issue A shares

Chen Xiao Shi, chairman of GZITIC Hualing Holdings (0382), said while being interviewed that if China officially permitted foreign enterprises to issue A shares, the company would also consider issuing A shares. Besides, he clarified that the company did not have talks with US GE over acquiring the shareholding.
