South China IT & Shanghai Fudan Enterprise set up JV to develop mainland IC mark

South China Information & Technology (0175) and Shanghai Fudan Enterprise, wholly owned by Shanghai Fudan University, set up a joint-venture with the name of Shanghai Fudan South China Information & Technology Ltd. Co. South China Information & Technology will take 70% shareholding and Shanghai Fudan Enterprise will take the rest. The JV will develop mainland integrate circuit market.
