Golden Sachs expects Cathay Pacific to lose HK$15 mln each day

The strike movement of Cathay Pacific Airways (0293) was still going on and Golden Sachs approximately estimated that if Cathay Pacific Airways cancelled 30% flights each day, it would lose about HK$12-15 mln each day. Moreover, Golden Sachs was re-estimating the profit forecast of the company to show the impact posed by the strike movement and it also forecast that the stock price of Cathay Pacific Airways might slip below its par value of HK$9.3 in short term.
