Antony Leung declines to comment on PRC permitting Sino-foreign JVs to list in A

When asked about PRC permitting Sino-foreign joint-ventures to issue A or B shares in mainland, financial secretary Antony Leung said this is the policy of PRC government and he will not make any comments on it. The market believes the move will be detrimental to the status of Hong Kong as a financial center.
