CIL Holdings acquires 49% shareholding of MSTT

CIL Holdings (0479) announced that it would acquire 49% shareholding of MSTT at HK$39.2 mln which would be paid by new shares issued at HK$0.01 each. The new shares accounted for 13% of the expanded shares. The company also planned to acquire the remainder of 51% shares.
