I-Cable to buy digital decoding equipment from Xcom

According to informed sources, I-Cable Communications (1097) is in talks with Xcom on a contract for purchasing digital decoding equipment valued at US$100 each. At present both parties are in commercial negotiations and reach no agreement yet.
