AMD gains US$17.4 mln in Q2, down 91.6%

AMD announced that its Q2 earnings plummeted 91.6% from the same period last year to US$17.4 mln and per share earnings stood at 5 US cents. The Q2 turnover slipped 15% to US$985.3 mln vs US$1.17 bln a year earlier. AMD closed at US$22.7, up 7.48%, or US$1.58.
