Haier injects HK$1.447 bln in CCT Multimedia to list in HK

It is reported that CCT Telecom Holdings (0138) and Haier Group injected their joint venture in CCT Multimedia Holdings (1169) for HK$1.447 bln and thus Haier became the leading shareholder of CCT Multimedia Holdings. It is also pointed out by sources that Haier deals in several products and at present its refrigerators business has got listed in A shares market in China mainland. This time Haier will try to get listed in overseas market through injecting its joint venture in CCT Multimedia Holdings.
