Shenzhen Vanke issues convertible bonds to invest in properties

It was reported that Shenzhen Vanke released a board notice, planning to issue less than RMB1.5 bln convertible bonds to invest in property projects. This batch of convertible bonds has a lifetime of five years, effective from the issue day, with the yield within 1.5%. Moreover, the interest should be paid once a year after the bonds were issued.
