China M erchants(International) (0144) announced to reveal details on connection transaction with I.C.H. Industrial and Commercial Holding ApS(ICH), the major shareholders of Hemple-Hai Hong Coatings Co.Ltd, which was 64%-owned by China Merchants (International).
