Winsan (China) Investment delays posting circulars on acquisition

Winsan (China) Investment (0085) said as auditors are working on audit report on DIC according to listing regulations, the company has applied for exemption to delay the time for posting notification to July 27. Last month Winsan (China) Investment (0085) announced to take over 70% stake in DIC at the cost of HK$467mln.
