GP NanoTechnology obtains 6.06-time over-subscription

GP NanoTechnology Group Limited (8152) declared that the 100 mln placing shares, including 68 mln new shares and 32 mln existing shares, were approximately 7.06 times subscribed and have been conditionally allocated to 333 placees. Though it has granted to Shenyin Wanguo an over-allotment option to require the company to issue and allot up to an aggregate of 15 mln additional shares, the option has not yet been exercised.
