UDL claims the condemnation of small shareholders groundless

UDL Holdings (0620) announced that the condemnation from its small shareholder Chaterbase Management Limited (CML) over the company violating the rules of the acquisition and merger was groundless and the company would retain the rights of investigation. CML held a press conference on Wednesday, condemning that UDL Holdings signed an agreement of new shares acquisition with its leading shareholder Harbour Front Limited (HFL) on March 3, but HFL did not propose a whole acquisition.
