75% proceeds of Jackley comes from manufacturing business

Jackley Holdings Limited (0353), which was engaged in designing and manufacturing the blankets for commercial use, planned to place and openly offer 124.5 mln new shares to raise HK$46 mln. The previous profit per share of the company was HK$0.152 each with market share of 5.3 times. After the adjustment, the net assets value of the company was HK$0.359 per share. The listing date of the company was set at July 26.
