Fujian Group signs letter of intent with Gold System

Fujian Group (0181) announced that the company had signed a letter of intent with the investor Gold System Limited, pursuant to which Gold System Limited should provide Fujian Group with financial assistance and would have talks with the creditor of the group over carrying out the items of investment proposal and the debts reorganization within the three months beginning from the signing day of the letter of intent. The trading of the shares would still be suspended.
