China Petroleum & Chemical receives 840 mln A shares subscription on net

China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (0386) openly offered A shares on net and received subscription of about 840 mln new shares yesterday. China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation previously announced to issue 2.8 bln A shares in China mainland at RMB4.22 each with market share of 20.1 times to raise RMB11.816 bln. Of the total A shares, 20% would be placed to 10 institutional investors, involving 560 mln shares. Moreover, the company would place shares to legal person investors and issue new shares to ordinary investors through Internet.
