China Petro& Chem A shares in Shanghai receive 160 times over subscription

It was reported by Apple Daily that the price of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (0386) A shares issued in Shanghai was set as high as RMB4.22 each, while the reaction of the small investors was still enthusiastic and the shares received 160 times over subscription, said the underwriter group. Among the total of 2.8 bln new shares, 30% shares were subscribed by small investors and the income of interest rate reached RMB125 mln, breaking the record of A shares market.
