Vlink plans to wholly acquire Shun Cheong for HK$3.87mln on discount of 95.7%

Vlink Global Ltd.(0563) announced to wholly acquire all issued shares of Shun Cheong (0650) at 1 HK cents each by cash, a large discount of 95.7% against share price before suspension. According to 387mln shares issued by Shun Cheong (0650), if all shareholders accept acquisition proposal, the acquisition cost will be HK$3.87mln. Vlink Global plans to maintain listing position of Shun Cheong.
