Jackley Holdings to raise HK$58 mln by listing on the main board

Jackley Holdings Limited (0353), which is engaged in designing, manufacturing and selling the blankets, announced to get listed on the main board and the details are as follows: Issuing shares: 99.6 mln shares are for placement (72.5 mln new shares and 27.1 mln old shares) and 24.9 mln shares are for IPO (old shares). Issue price: HK$0.8 each Raised capital: HK$58 mln Net proceeds: HK$46 mln.
