Petrochina plans to appoint China International Finance as consultant

It was reported that Petrochina Co. (0857) planned to appoint China International Finance as financial consultant of issuing A shares in mainland. The company planned to issue A shares at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year and the raised capital was expected to be the largest in the history of China mainland.
