PCCW bonds interest rate equals US treasuries interest rate adding 312.5 bp

In light of the sources, the interest rate of the US$2.5 bln 10-year bonds issued by Hong Kong Telephone, the subsidiary of PCCW (0008) was set as the interest rate of the US treasuries adding 312.3 bp.
